1. Shipping Rates

We offer the following shipping options for deliveries within Australia:

Note: Oversized items such as large floor-standing speakers may incur additional shipping charges. These will be calculated at checkout or communicated before dispatch.

2. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

• Sydney Metro: 1-2 business days
• Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth Metro: 2-4 business days
• Other Capital Cities: 3-5 business days
• Regional Areas: 5-10 business days
• Remote Areas: 7-14 business days

Please note that these are estimated timeframes and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including courier delays, weather conditions, and public holidays.

3. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed after 2:00 PM AEST will be processed the following business day.

For items not in stock, we will contact you with an estimated delivery date. Special order items from Italy typically take 4-8 weeks for delivery.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

We use reputable courier services to ensure your premium audio equipment arrives safely. Our shipping partners include:

• Australia Post (for smaller items and accessories)

• TNT/FedEx (for larger items)
• Specialised freight services (for oversized items such as floor-standing speakers)

5. Packaging and Insurance

All products are carefully packaged in their original manufacturer packaging, with additional protective materials where necessary. We take great care to ensure your equipment arrives in perfect condition.

All shipments are fully insured against loss or damage during transit. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours) with photos of the damage. Do not discard any packaging materials as these may be required for insurance claims.

6. Delivery Requirements

If you are not available, the courier will leave a card with instructions for redelivery or collection from a local depot.

For large items such as floor-standing speakers, delivery is to the front door or ground floor only. Please arrange assistance if you need help moving items inside your premises. White glove delivery service may be available for an additional fee - please contact us for details.

7. PO Box and Parcel Locker Deliveries

Due to the size and value of our products, we cannot deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers. A physical street address is required for all deliveries.

8. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can track your order by:

• Clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email
• Visiting the courier's website and entering your tracking number
• Contacting our customer service team for assistance

9. International Shipping

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs. We recommend checking with your local customs office for applicable charges before placing an order.

All international shipments will include a commercial invoice with the full declared value of the goods. We do not under-declare values or mark items as "gifts" on customs documentation.

International Packaging & Insurance

All international shipments are double-boxed with additional protective materials to ensure safe transit over long distances. Every international order is fully insured against loss or damage during shipping. In the event of damage, please retain all packaging materials and contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs.

International Returns

International orders are eligible for returns within 14 days of delivery, subject to our standard return policy. Return shipping costs for international orders are the responsibility of the buyer.
